The BDS movement in Jordan is targeting Andrea Bocelli's upcoming concert, using his past performance in Tel Aviv and public support for Israel as grounds for a boycott. This is a familiar playbook: applying cultural pressure to isolate artists who engage with Israel, hoping to force cancellations or public disavowals. The real test is whether the Jordanian venue and local promoters will hold the date or fold under the campaign. Watch for other artists on Middle East tour schedules who might face similar targeting.
