Генеральный секретарь Лиги арабских государств в Бейруте:

Оценка
The Arab League Secretary-General delivered the bloc's full backing for Lebanon's negotiations with Israel. The League promises intensified political and diplomatic activity plus financial support so Lebanon can extend its authority over its territory. That gives Lebanon a regional shield at the table. Watch whether the promised money and pressure actually arrive, and how much this shifts Lebanon's negotiating position.
