Elbit Systems»
The trial testimony reveals the operational details of a group whose activities were serious enough to warrant a ban. Prosecutors are arguing the attack was not spontaneous protest but a coordinated effort to breach a defense facility using improvised weapons. The case tests how British courts treat direct action against defense contractors, especially after the proscription. The verdict will signal where the line falls between political activism and criminal conspiracy.
