ערן הכבאי נהרג בתאונה: "ביום הטבח קיבל טלפון מליאור נרקיס, ויצא לחלץ מהנובה"

הערכה

A family is grieving a man killed in a road accident two months ago, but the story they tell is about who he was on October 7. Eran Amar is remembered as the firefighter who got a call from singer Lior Narkis during the Nova massacre and drove into the killing zone to pull people out. His daughter has canceled her wedding because she cannot imagine walking to the chuppah without him. The loss is private, but the context is national: another name added to the long list of those who ran toward the fire and never got to come home.
