הסעודים יירטו כטב"ם בשמי מכה – החות'ים הכחישו מעורבות

הערכה

Saudi air defenses intercepted a drone over Mecca, and the Houthis denied involvement. The denial matters because it breaks the usual pattern of claimed responsibility, leaving the launch ambiguous. Mecca has now seen alarms again in the current escalation, which raises the stakes for Saudi deterrence and for regional perceptions of security at Islam's holiest site. Watch whether Saudi Arabia names another actor or escalates its response.
