Polanski calls for de-proscription of Palestine Action in Green conference speech
Delegates chanted ‘free Palestine’ as Polanski said his party would reverse the terror ban on the direct action group
הערכה
Roman Polanski used a Green Party conference platform to call for lifting the terror ban on Palestine Action, a direct action group. Delegates responded with chants of free Palestine. The move signals a sharp policy shift within the party, placing it at odds with the UK government's current proscription list. Watch whether this position becomes official party policy or remains a fringe stance.
