A civilian stopped an armed knife attacker near Ramon after a vehicle was set on fire. The IDF is now sweeping the area. The incident shows how quickly a terror event can unfold outside formal military response, and that civilian action can be decisive in the moment. Watch for whether the second terrorist is found and whether this triggers any broader security alert in the region.
