Trump is alleging that a candidate with a similar name is being used to confuse voters in the Alaska Senate race. The claim hinges on the idea that even a small percentage of votes siphoned from Dan S. Sullivan could swing the outcome. The call for legal action and removal from the ballot signals a potential escalation, but no court ruling or evidence of fraud is cited here.
