The Shin Bet is publishing specific arrest data to back up the director's recent warning about Bedouin terror cells forming in the south. Dozens of Bedouin militants arrested in under a year is not a negligible number for a single demographic sector. The public is being told this is an organized effort, not random crime. Watch for whether the security establishment escalates enforcement tactics or legislative measures targeting Bedouin communities.
