At Sinai, which we approach this week, the people did not receive a static book. They entered a living relationship with wisdom transmitted through relationships. The teacher is not replaced by the tool; the teacher is freed by it to do what only a human presence can do: look at a student and see who they are becoming. That is the essence of chinuch, educating each child according to their own way, as the verse teaches. AI can generate a song for the exam. Only a mentor can hear which song the student needs to sing.
