Torah perspective
Hatred repeated often enough ceases to shock, the article observes, and that is precisely the danger. When the same chants and banners return year after year with minimal consequence, the boundary of acceptable discourse shifts. But Jewish history teaches something deeper: our existence was never contingent on the approval of host nations. The real erosion is not in what the marchers say but in what we internalize. If we begin to see ourselves through their eyes, we have already lost. The antidote is not better policing alone but a renewed clarity about who we are. A people that remembers its own covenant does not need the world's permission to walk to shul.
