Sheba opens psychological treatment center for security operatives with PTSD in northern Israel
The treatment center is also the first of its kind to be established in northern Israel, providing a wider range of coverage and opening new opportunities for residents of the area
Assessment
A dedicated PTSD treatment center for security operatives in northern Israel fills a gap in mental health services for a high-risk population. The region's first such facility broadens geographic access, which matters when trauma care often requires sustained proximity. Watch whether this becomes a model for specialized mental health infrastructure outside central Israel.
