Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, after talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov:
"The US is responsible for insecurity and tensions in the Strait of Hormuz." Araghchi said the two discussed regional security and the situation around the strait, and that
