Assessment
A military funeral draws hundreds as a family grieves a soldier killed at a checkpoint. The sister's detail about an unanswered phone call personalizes a loss that otherwise risks becoming a statistic. The attack at Judea Junction, a known flashpoint, underscores the persistent security threat in the West Bank. Watch for official statements on the attacker's identity and any operational response.
